Do you know how to do a reach or throw rescue?

It is extremely important that we should do everything possible to avoid getting into a dangerous situation in the event of rescuing a drowning person.

If you must make a rescue attempt, you must think of your own safety first and never put yourself in danger.

If the rescue is too dangerous, wait until the emergency services arrive.

Each week we will be teaching our students these two rescue skills, so that in the event of a rescue we have educated ourselves on how to execute it.
