A pool party where you don’t have to worry about chilly weather or rainy days … and where the water is always warm! Little Fishes Swim School is available to hire for your child’s birthday party or any occasion that requires an indoor centre on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon throughout the year. Our indoor Oakhurst centre is easily accessible for families across Blacktown and Western Sydney.
Birthday Party Time Slots
• Saturday Party 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday Party 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Sunday Party 2:00 PM – 4:30PM
(Strict finish times apply to all parties, terms and conditions also apply).
Costs:
2.5-hour hire (Saturday, and Sunday only).

Pool Hire Inclusion
Exclusive use of the centre (pool, grounds, and car park) for your party. There’s plenty of space outside for a jumping castle or other rides.

Family Fuction
The venue can accommodate up to 45 guests. For $1,000, you can host a delightful small family pool party for up to 45 attendees. creating cherished memories with your loved ones in a refreshing pool setting! Please remember that no alcohol is allowed, and feel free to bring your own food while enjoying exclusive access to the entire center

Invitations
• Party Invitations.
Equipment
• Free use of selected equipment for games and activities (floating mats, kick boards, noodles, balls).
Facilities
• Use of hot showers and change rooms. Use of tables and chairs, fridge, freezer, microwave available upon request.
Supervision
• Adult supervision is required for non-swimmers by a parent or guardian.
Food & Drink
Enjoy access to our on-site café featuring barista-style coffee, tea, delectable hot chocolates, hot chips, chicken nuggets. Please remember to book the café at the time of your party reservation in our customer portal.
Catering
We can arrange access to Café items if required, payment on consumption.
Little Fishes can also supply the following food items for your child’s birthday party.
Café style wedges, hot chips, chicken nuggets, party meat pies, party sausage rolls, mini spring rolls, cocktail hotdogs - all supplied with sauces as complimentary (sour cream, sweet chilli sauce, BBQ, and tomato sauces). We can also arrange vegetarian items upon request. Call the centre to discuss.
You are more than welcome to cater for the party yourself. You can also pick up your party food from McDonald’s, Costco, Red Rooster, Oporto, or Domino’s Pizza who are all just around the corner.
All birthday parties must be paid for in full in our online customer portal no less than 24 hours before the party starts.
(Terms and conditions and strict finishing times are enforced for all parties).
Important Notice: No alcohol of any kind to be consumed on the premises at any time. If any person is found to have alcoholic beverages on site during the party, all guest will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be given.
Booking Terms & Conditions
We want you and your children to have the best party experience ever, but we ask only for a few strict rules at our facility. Please do not bring the following; confetti, pinatas, party popper streamers, glitter, or face paint to the Little Fishes Swim School. Your party will be terminated immediately, and no refund given.
The premises must be left in a reasonably clean condition as it was prior to your party starting.
Guests must bring a towel for drying off.
All swimmers must dry off before entering the common area - no water permitted in the common area under any circumstances.
No running, no diving, no pushing, no eating food in the pool area, no chewing gum no swearing and no alcohol and glass bottles of any kind.
$150 cleaning fee will apply to any party that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
You must leave at your allocated time slot.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $150.00 IS PAYABLE AT BOOKING TIME.
Owners, management and staff reserve the right to terminate your party at any time due to the above terms and conditions being violated.

Please note due to our STRICT finishing and busy party schedule times SATURDAY 5:00 PM -7:30 PM AND SUNDAY 4:30 PM-7:30 PM time slot can only be extended.
